Not crawling....yet

Once again I am behind on updating Maddy's blog. Life has been very busy since wrapping up the holidays. Russ and I have been working hard, even though he still has Mondays off. He did manage to run my car into a mailbox which finally got fixed this week. To his defense the roads were icy, but I would have prefered he run his car into the mailbox instead of mine. However he can no longer tell me he's never had a wreck when I side-seat drive.
Maddy is doing well. She came down with the stomach bug that's been going around last week. It has really messed up her diet. She just started eating cereal again on Tuesday and just today had a little bit of baby food. She has been snubbing both since getting sick but this gives us a little glimmer of hope that she's getting back to normal. She is still not crawling but you can tell that she wants to. She can get her booty and shoulders up in the air, but then she just rocks back and forth and gets frustrated. Maybe she'll just start walking instead :) My brother is coming up tomorrow to hang out with us which we are all very excited about!
