Today was the first day that Maddy and I were home alone together. She's doing really well. We continue to go to the doctor every couple of days to check her weight. We went twice this week and were holding steady at 7 lbs. We just need her now to start gaining. The doctor told her to "eat and get fat". If only we could all get that kind of medical advice :)
Her jaundice is now down to an acceptable level and her color looks so much better. She's now had two baths and, for the most part, she seems to enjoy them. She especially likes the warm towel part at the end.
She's been eating every 2-3 hours during the day and up to every 4 hours at night. She's a pretty laid back kid only crying when she needs something. She definitely has the hang of providing a poopie diaper now. Russ and I have both had our fair share and sometimes she's not been quite done when she's been on the changing table.
