What a way to end the year! Maddy had a very successful Christmas (if one can really say that). We were able to have our small family Christmas the Tuesday before the actual day. I have a hard time waiting, and since we travel anyway doing it early just seems easier. Maddy seemed to really like her presents. We then got to travel to Duncan to hang out with Russ's family. Unfortunately, the blizzard didn't allow us to spend as much time together as we would have liked. We were separated in two separate houses, had off and on electricity and a water leak, which made for a very interesting holiday. All in all it worked out ok once we got to hang out some, but we didn't get to see my side of the family until New Year's Eve. We finally got do our Christmas with them, and have been playing in snow for what seems like a month now. I want to thank everyone for the wonderful Christmas gifts and cards! We didn't get around to sending out cards this year, but we love all our friends and family and think of you all often.

Love Maddy's striped hat and Russ's OSU snuggie! So Maddy sings and Russ is on the guitar. Do you play the keyboard? Stay warm!
I am a piano player :) Hard to stay warm these days!
